People are so nice and they immediately 'busted their butts' to get to know me. I like it here a whole lot. It feels light and airy. It's nice to feel at home.
My husband moved to StoryPoint Portage and it has been a very good experience. Leaving a home is always a hard thing but everyone at StoryPoint is working hard to make a new apartment feel like home. Caregivers are exceptional and the staff is very supportive in regards to medical care and life enrichment activities. It is amazing how quickly they learned both my husband‘s name and my name in every department of the facility. It feels like we belong and are appreciated and are loved.
