From cooking for celebrities to training around the world, our Executive Chefs have diverse culinary experiences that they bring to our communities. Their specially trained backgrounds mean they don’t settle for pre-made or poorly sourced food items and use only the best ingredients in every dish.
We partner with local farmers for seasonal produce and utilize high-quality sources for our meat and other food staples to ensure we use the absolute best ingredients in every meal.
Our menus rotate seasonally and are developed by chefs and their culinary teams at the individual community level.

Our Powerful Purées Program sets a new standard for texture-modified dining. Unlike traditional puréed meals, our Powerful Purées Program allows residents with dysphagia (difficulty chewing and swallowing) to enjoy thoughtfully shaped and plated dishes that resemble the foods they know and love.
From breakfast favorites to comforting entrées, every meal is recognizable, appetizing, and served with pride.
Dining and wellness teams work together with our registered dietitians to support changing needs — with thoughtful accommodations built into everyday menus.
